Villa Casafredda is long term partner of AirBnB: the rental of the villa for self catering groups (sleeping a max of 16 guests) is available from early April till end of October only, and for stays of 7 nights (or multiple).

8 double bedrooms and 7 bathrooms comfortably accommodating up to 16 self catering guests. 

Rates are inclusive of:

• water, gas, and electricity consumption
• Laundry (weekly supply of bed linen and towels)
• middle week cleaning (on Tuesdays)
• final cleaning
• WiFi (a password will be provided to you on arrival)
• TV Sat

Compulsory extra costs:

• Arezzo Tourist Tax: EUR 3 per person/day (first four days only. Not applicable to kids under 12)

Check-in is on Saturdays only, from 3 pm 

Check-out is on Saturdays only, by 10 am

Earlier or later arrival/departure must be agreed with your hosts.

A valid ID or passport is required for each one of the guests, in order to proceed with registration in accordance with the Italian law requirements.

Swimming pool and garden are serviced daily.

A cash security deposit of Euro 500 is required upon your arrival; the deposit is refundable less any deduction made for damage or for covering costs not included in the rental rate.
