The Sycamore Rooms

The Sycamore Rooms are accessible from the main garden, where the old Sycamore stands in front of Casafredda, and enjoy a magnificent 180° view of the Tuscan countryside, from the Chianti hills on the left to Mt Pratomagno and the Casentino higher hills.

Under the shade of the Sycamore, literally few septs from your door, a lovely sitting area with coffee table enjoys both the first morning sun, and the last one at sunset. 

The entrance opens on a large living space with a comfortable dining & sitting area and an open fully furnished marble kitchen, equipped with anything necessary to cook your favorite meals: frigo/freezer, double s/s sink, dishwasher, electric ove, 5 gas ring burners, microwave, kettle.

On the left corner the door to the unit's bathroom, equipped with a 90x90 crystal & tiles cabin shower. On the right corner the door to the 16 square meters elegant bedroom, furnished with a canopied king size bed, and antique original furnitures.

Fully furnished kitchen, lockable safe, WiFi, quality mattress, linen and towels.

Le Stanze del Sicomoro are available all year round, for a minimum stay of 2 nights and with a nightly rate starting at Euro 96, inclusive of:

• water, gas, and electricity consumption
• Laundry (weekly supply of bed linen and towels)
• Final cleaning
• Middle week cleaning (for weekly stays only)
• WiFi (a password will be provided on arrival)

Compulsory extra costs

• Arezzo Tourist Tax: EUR 1,5 per person/day (first four days only)

Breakfast service is available, on demand, from 8 am till 11 am: breakfast is served in Casafredda's dining gallery, and comes at a cost of euro 12/person. 

Dining options are available starting at euro 25/person.

Check-in is from 3 pm 

Check-out is by 10 am

Earlier or later arrival/departure must be agreed with your hosts.

A valid ID is required for each one of the guests, in order to proceed with registration in accordance with the Italian law requirements.
